Proper handling of reagents is crucial for obtaining correct biological test results that are both timely and clinically relevant. It is also one of the important factors along with appropriate use of tests in maximizing the cost-effectiveness and relevance of testing in the field of molecular biology.Focus of this article is to review current changes in handling the temperature sensitive PCR reagents and macromolecules used in Molecular Biology or Clinical applications.Most of the reagents used in Molecular Biology are unstable if subjected to frequent freezing and thawing cycles.
