Titan’s 900 Series Turbine Flow Meters for Metering Aggressive Chemicals

Titan’s 900 Series turbine flowmeters are designed to give high performance with 6 flow ranges from 0.05 to 15 L/min. To ensure the highest degree of inertness to metered liquids, the polymer components of the 900 Series flow sensors are moulded in an FDA approved grade of PVDF and mounted in a 316 stainless steel body.

The body materials make these measuring devices the ideal choice for the metering of aggressive chemicals, including ultra-pure water.

The combination of chemically resistant flow meter design and low flow rates to ensure precision measurement make the 900 turbine flowmeters well suited for chemical dispensing or batch-filling systems.

These mini turbines are also ideal for use in industrial laboratories, semiconductor plants and cooling equipment as they have a high chemical compatibility and designed for permanent installations.

The durability of the robust sapphire bearings together with the choice of materials and technology ensures a long-life product with reliable operation throughout.
