British machinery and liquid packaging specialist Karmelle is expanding its Huddersfield facility to accommodate a growing fabrication department.
The company has taken on a new 3,200sqf unit, where frames and parts for its filling machines, capping machines and labellers will be fabricated.
Director Peter Krawczuk said: “Increasingly, we’re being asked to manufacture end-to-end filling lines for our customers, as well as standalone filling, capping and labelling machines. Expanding our facility will enable us to meet continued demand for these fully-automated turnkey liquid packaging solutions. With a range of new automation projects in the pipeline, we’re looking forward to 2022.”
